Maria Menounos’ Daily Habits for a Flat Belly

Reality TV star Maria Menounos has been admired by world audience due to her stunning beauty and her fit physique. Even when side-by-side with the brightest Hollywood stars, she manages to stand out and hog the spotlight on her own.

Her Instagram page acts as a diary for her continuing quest for a consistently healthy body. Men and women alike flock her profile, albeit for entirely different reasons. But, they are all there to admire her body, which according to her, “took a lot of hard work.”

MariaHer daily accounts documents her life, her work and her body, which everyone admires. Long has the public quizzed her over her 40-pound miracle weight loss and how can she have abs of the highest order. Rather than struggles, she shares her strategies for everyday diet.

Typical Day

As opposed to contrary belief, Maria knows that a fit body starts at the kitchen rather than the gym. “What you eat is going to make a big difference. Eating healthy and eating clean is the best way to reach your goals.” Clean is a tricky subject for many.

Breakfast: “Most mornings I start with a smoothie,” she explains. “My favorite has Greek yogurt, almonds, apple, banana, cinnamon, and a little bit of skim milk. It’s Harley Pasternak’s recipe; I’ve been doing it for years. Nine times out of 10 that’s what I’m having.”

Lunch: Usually a green salad, topped with chicken or tuna.

Snacks: “Almonds, a banana, or Greek yogurt. Or I’ll make a little parfait with Greek yogurt, chopped almonds, fresh fruit, like blueberries; I layer them.”

Dinner: “It changes all the time. Sometimes I’ll have a quinoa salad, or chicken or fish with vegetables, something like that,”

As with anyone who wants a career in Los Angeles, she had to work extremely hard to reach where she is right now. People demand beautiful, fresh faces in the televisions and theaters, and Maria is all too happy to oblige their wishes.

Fitness Regimens

Unbelievable as it might seem, Maria isn’t a gym buddy. Rather, she chooses to do all her fitness work during walks in between sets, offices or around the house. “Get a fitness tracker and make sure that you’re reaching your steps-a-day goal, and that you’re always going. Take the harder way as much as possible. We’re so conditioned to take the easy way, the convenient way. I never do that; I’m always moving.”

What she does to reinforce her daily routines is to surround herself with people equally motivated to get fit as her.
